A download is a file that is downloaded to your computer for you to view 24/7.


What happens if i lose / change my computer?

Dont worry your purchased downloads are stored on our secure servers, all you need to access and download again is your Email Address and password.


Do I need to store them on my computer?

No, Many of the downloads can be stored on your computer, but can also be played direct from our media database.


How long does it take?

Most downloads are activate within 1 hour, but can take upto 12 hours.


Why can it take so long to activate?

All downloads are watermarked with your Unique ID Code, protecting you from theft. This also enables us to keep all of your files ready for you to download when you need them.
