What is the Reward Point Program?

Put simply the Reward Point Program is our way of saying thank you to all our loyal customers.
Every time you place an order via www.themagicattic.co.uk you earn Reward Points, which can then be redeemed against future purchases.

How do i earn Reward Points?

1. Place an order via www.themagicattic.co.uk
2. Points will show in your account as Pending
3. Upon dispatch of your order any Pending Points will become available to redeem.

How many points will i earn?

Currently for every £1.00 spend at www.themagicattic.co.uk you will earn 5 points.

How much are my points worth?

Currently each Reward Point has a value of £0.01

Do my Reward Points expire?

No, your Reward Points have no expiry date, and remain valid for the duration of this scheme.

How do i view my Reward Points Balance?

Simply login to your account to view both Reward Points Earned, and Reward Points Pending.

How do i redeem my Reward Points?

During the checkout process, whilst selecting your payment method you will have the option to enter the amount of Reward Points you wish to redeem this order.

What if i dont have enough Reward Points to pay for my order?

Reward Points can you be used to fully pay, or partially pay for your order. If you dont have enough Reward Points to pay for your order in full, just select how you wish to pay the remaining balance in the normal way.

Is there a minimum number of points required before i can redeem them?

Currently a minimum balance of 500 Reward Points is required before you can redeem them.

Is there a minimum order amount for redeeming Reward Points?

No, there is no Minimum Purchase Amount required to redeem your points.

How many points can i redeem per order?

Currently there is no maximum amount of points you can redeem per order, and with no expiry date why not save them up for something special!

Will I earn Reward Points for Postage Costs?

No, Postage costs are excluded from the Reward Points Scheme.

Will I earn points for discounted products?

Yes, although please note Reward Points will be earned based on the discounted price.

Will I earn Reward Points on orders paid for with Reward Points?

Yes, Reward Points are still earned on orders paid for using Reward Points.

Are there any Reward Point restrictions?

We only have one restriction in our Reward Point Scheme...

Although Reward Points are earned on purchases of Magic Attic Gift Vouchers, Points will not be earned on any orders paid for using Gift Vouchers (or the proportion paid for using Gift Vouchers if using split payments)

Magic Attic Reward Points Terms & Conditions

•Reward Points are only available to www.themagicattic.co.uk registered users.
•Reward Points can only be collected and used with online purchases, and are only valid at www.themagicattic.co.uk
•Reward Points are non-refundable and can not be transferred between member's.
•Reward Points are a 'virtual currency' and have no 'real world' cash value.
•Reward Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
•When paying with Reward Points, you will still have to select another payment method if you do not have enough Reward Points to cover the cost of your order.
•When calculating the amount of Reward Points earned. postage costs are excluded.
