SHIPPING All Orders are processed same or next working day and dispatched as they come in.
Although we hold all items in stock, some items are more popular than others and may elapse between deliveries, if this is the case we will notify you when you place the order.
Please Note all Items are shipped Royal Mail 1st class upto 7kilos. all item above 7kilos will be shipped by courier.
Please remember that 1st class Royal Mail is 1-2 Days and at peak periods can take upto 7 working days.

If you do not recieve the goods within 7 days of placing the order*, please contact The Magic Attic.
Goods are dispatched upon receipt of a cleared payment. Goods paid for by cheque will take 5 days to clear, and will be sent on the 6th day.
RETURNS
Before returning an item, you must contact The Magic Attic first. Stating reason for return in detail. Due to the secrets involved with magical items, purchases CANNOT be refunded, but will be exchanged for the same item if found to be faulty and returned within 7 days.
